Link sharing
Set link access from the Share button in the plan header. One dropdown controls who the link admits:- Restricted — Only people you’ve added can access the plan
- Public — can view — Anyone with the link can view
- Public — can edit — Anyone with the link can edit
Email-based access
Add specific people by email from the Share modal:- Click the Share button in the plan header
- Enter an email address and choose Can view or Can edit
- The recipient receives an invitation email with a link to the plan
- They get the access you chose once they sign in
View-only access
Signed-in viewers see a live document with a View only badge. They cannot edit content, the title, comments, PR links, or media. Existing comments are visible read-only. Viewers can still chat and run agents on the plan. Agent runs bill the viewer, and the agent cannot edit the plan. Access levels are enforced server-side everywhere, including the API and MCP. The same level applies whether someone opens the plan in the browser or through an agent.Team visibility
For plans created under a team, you can control how the plan appears to other team members:- Personal — Only you see the plan in your sidebar. Other team members won’t discover it through search or browsing.
- Shared — The entire team can discover the plan in their sidebar and search results.
How to share
- Open your plan
- Click the Share button in the plan header
- Choose your sharing method:
- Set link access to Restricted, Public — can view, or Public — can edit
- Add emails and choose Can view or Can edit for each person
- Set visibility to control team discoverability
